Meet Dr. Saudia L. Twine
A good friend of mine came to me, knowing firsthand the weight of being a high-achieving Black woman who carries everything—always showing up for others but rarely getting the chance to be fully seen herself. She shared how many women like us were overwhelmed, stretched thin, and needed a space where they could finally rest without guilt or feeling like you're letting others down.
With my background as a licensed counselor and educator, along with years of experience working with women who feel like they’re always “on,” I understood exactly what she meant. I knew that balancing emotional health, work, and life without burning out was a need that wasn’t being fully addressed in the Black community.
Having been the one people always ran to—the anchor, the go-to person—I know firsthand how draining it could be to constantly hold things together. No one ever asked, “Are you okay?” because strong women are expected to always have it under control, even when the weight can be unbearable.
That conversation sparked the creation of this sanctuary—because I knew if I needed a space to take off my cape, then so many others did too. This is that space....

• A live Q&A Office Hours session to unpack the lesson, pause to explore your experience, acknowledge the shifts occurring, and illuminate the way you show up in your life and work.
• A Spotlight Coaching Session- step into the spotlight and get direct, compassionate support for what you're facing—because leadership shouldn’t mean carrying it alone.

Is there any time to process what I’m learning?
A: Yes—and intentionally so. We build in an Integration & Insight session to give you space to pause, reflect, and apply what you’re learning in a way that actually fits your day-to-day reality. No busywork. Just clarity.
Where do we meet?
A: All sessions are hosted virtually via Zoom, so you can join from wherever you are—whether you're between meetings, a big project, in line for after school pickup, or winding down on the couch in your favorite hoodie. Just a safe space to plug in, exhale, and get what you need.
How long is the membership?
A: This is a monthly membership—no contracts, no obligations. You stay as long as it’s serving you. Most women do, because the clarity, connection, and personal growth only deepen over time. You’re not locked in… but you just might not want to leave.
What if I can’t make the live sessions?
A: We get it—your schedule is full, and your time is valuable. That’s why every live session is recorded and added to your private membership portal. You can watch (or revisit) the sessions on your terms.
What if I need support with something specific I’m going through?
A: That’s where the Spotlight Coaching Session comes in. It’s a live call where you can step forward and get focused support from me and the group on whatever you’re navigating—personal, professional, or emotional. High-level women deserve high-level care.
Will there be anything focused on self-care or routines?
A: Absolutely. During our Soft Space Sessions, we shift from internal work to external alignment—celebrating your growth through mirror work, confidence practices, rituals, and visioning exercises. Because how you feel should show up in how you move.
Is there a community or space to connect with other women?
A: Our Bosses' Breakroom is a private, members-only group where you’ll get encouragement, honest conversation, and real-time support. You’ll have access to our private real-time text chat where you can ask questions and get assistance, encouragement or answers - anytime. I also pop in for 2 hours each week to answer additional questions that may surface throughout the week. It’s a sacred space for support—without the noise.
How long do I have access to the content?
A: As long as you’re a member, you’ve got access to all current and past content. You can binge it, revisit it, or take it month by month—your pace, your power.
What’s your refund policy?
A: Because this is a digital program with immediate access to private content and live events, all sales are final - thus, no refunds. But, you are able to cancel your membership at any time. Believe me, you won't always need this group...as you heal, you will outgrow this space, but don't worry, Attachment University is all about attachment and emotion work, and there is a program for every stage of life. What makes you qualified to lead this?
A: I’m a licensed therapist with over 15 years of clinical experience, and I bring that same level of care and depth into this coaching space. I lead a thriving group practice and I’ve built coaching programs that directly address the emotional challenges I’ve seen women face time and time again personally, relationally and professionally. This work isn’t new to me—it’s rooted in years of evidence-based practice, leadership, as well as lived experience.
